Mermaid Swamp
Mermaid Swamp (Ningyonuma - 人魚沼) is a horror adventure game made with Wolf RPG Editor, the same editor that was used to create Misao, Crooked Man, Mad Father and Paranoiac. Mermaid Swamp is made by Uri, however, the English translation was made by VGPerson. Uri had previously made 'Paranoiac' and 'The Crooked Man'.
About The Game
Mermaid Swamp is about four college students (Rin Yamazaki, Seitaro Wakasugi, Yuka Kikuchi, and Yuuta Takahashi) who went for a hike when their car broke down in the mountains near a swamp. They find shelter in the house of an old man, who lets them stay for the night. After he heads off to a neighboring town, eerie things begin to happen. Could the rumors of mermaids be true? You spend most of the game playing as Rin, as she searches for answers with her travel companions, and comes face to face with the supernatural horrors lurking within the house. Currently, there are four different endings in the game.
